Living "smack on the Oregon Coast," Patsee sees the ocean at all times of day, in all weather and all seasons. From dawn through moonlight, her seascapes capture the mood and colors of all possibilities from the slow moving wave through the quiet fog, the threatening waves during a stormy surf and the glittering sunsets at day's end.

Her "collage" seascapes exhibit a technique of her own invention nearly twenty years ago which utilizes the various sands on the Oregon Coast. These unusual paintings are popular with her customers from around the world.
